Rules & conditions for supplying advertisements

These pages are intended for prospective buyers, people who have second hand material for sale, those who have lost things and finders. The material you will find here are boats, paddles and an assortment of other canoeing and or kayaking gear.

This site is totally none-commercial, i.e. it does not cost anything to advertise the fact that you have gear for sale, are looking for some gear, have lost something or found anything. This site can not be used by commercial firms to sell material, nor by themselves, nor through intermediaries.

This site declines all responsibility concerning the correctness of the information about the material; it is up to you to check the correctness of the information. This site only serves as a platform for information interchange between buyers and sellers and between searchers and finders.

To submit an advertisement here you use the web form for a new advertisement.
With that form you specify what you found, are selling or are looking for. If all goes well following the submission you will receive an e-mail with the information of the advertisement you specified.
You have to acknowledge your submission by sending a reply e-mail to webmaster@nkv.be in that e-mail only the 'subject' is important: it must contain the identification number of your advertisement.
After receiving your acknowledging e-mail your advertisement will become active.

Please send us an e-mail when your advertisement is no longer valid any more (e.g. because the material was sold).
Anyway an advertisement only remains active for a year. After that, the advertisement is automagically deleted, an e-mail will be sent to you to inform you about that.
